Brief history: Since 1992 I have been the Marketing and Creative Director of One Vision Ltd, a Norfolk-based marketing and design consultancy. I started the company with my husband and we specialised in creative marketing concepts, public relations, e-mail marketing, advertising, web solutions, project management, corporate identities, branding/brand management, and design for print – everything that I have created has a marketing bias and is results-driven.
I have managed a team of designers and studio staff and have been involved in recruitment, appraisals, guidance and where necessary dismissal. I have been privileged to work on branding and marketing for many well-known clients including Toshiba,
Life Fitness UK, Acambis plc, HFL, News Magazines, The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, Northrop Grumman, tex2 (smart texting), Biosynergy, Haemostatix, Nujira, Sensient Industrial Colors and Wild Knight® Distillery amongst many others.
We have won several awards for our clients, including Design and Packaging for DH Sanderson, The World Vodka Award in 2020 for Wild Knight® and being awarded a Top 10 business status by Business Weekly. Now a change of direction for my husband (our Sales Director), creates an exciting opportunity for me to branch out on my own and utilise my experience in a new environment.

Title: Marketing and Creative Director
Responsibilities: Creation of all concepts, input into client marketing plans, managing a team of designers along with admin staff, client facing, presentation of all designs, ideas generation, brand creation and development, press relations and releases, responsible for setting and adhering to client budgets, ensuring deadlines are always met, that clients are always delighted with the outcome of our work and that every marketing aspect works hard to achieve real, tangible results.
Software used: Mainly Creative Cloud, running InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Plus Zoho Social for Social Media. I have a full home set-up running 2 x iMacs.
