Growing up in Norwich, Will did a Foundation Year at the previously named Norwich Art College (now Norwich University of the Arts), then studied a BA (Hons) degree in Illustration at the University of Brighton. Since then Will has worked for 3 of East Anglia's well respected graphic design agencies, now in his current role at Quadmark, Will has built, grown and nurtured an in-house global design team from 2 designers to 18 people in 5 years, at one point across 3 timezones (UK, US and Singapore).
In that time retaining high standards and culture, servicing client work in the retail sales enablement and onboarding training sector for the world’s biggest tech companies, such as Google and Amazon, plus all company internal and marketing material. Career highlights include successfully rebranding Google’s global retail ambassador training programme, a brand identity for Android Mobile's global features and products, rebranding Quadmark, championed Google's DE&I and accessibility across their global training assets. Brands worked with include Google, Android, Chromebook, YouTube, Waymo, Amazon, HMD (Nokia), Hewlett Packard, BT, Openreach, Deliveroo, Britvic Plc, PepsiCo UK, Bel UK, Avepoint, Uniphore, Wejo, Wagamama, Campbell's, Robinsons, Payne & Gunter, The Royal Warrant Holder's Association, The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Wimbledon), The Jockey Club, Mercedes, Audi, Holiday Inn, any many more.
