Talent Attraction Manager (DE&I HR Co-Lead) Ketchum (Omnicom) September 2021 - Present • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the UK business (approx. 200 people) • Co-leading DE&I strategy for the business, including the design and build of a new Power BI Dashboard for improved reporting, managing external partnerships and delivering training and active participation of an award winning Inclusion Council • Line managing the Recruitment Executive and Resourcing/Freelance Coordinator, new roles created to build on my successful redesign of the recruitment function • Designing and launch Kickstart at Ketchum, our first internship programme in partnership with the Social Mobility Foundation • Implementation, roll out and training of new ATS (Greenhouse) and regular reporting against key recruitment metrics • Creation and roll out of new recruitment processes, resources and training for all staff, including a Hiring Hub, DE&I Best Practice training, Internal Mobility policy and defined sign off and briefing processes, resulting in a win for the 2024 Best Place to Work in PR Week • Establishing and developing relationships with sister company counterparts and global colleagues to increase impact to the UK business • Maintaining a presence at relevant industry career fairs • Overhauling the PSL, driving the tender process and establishing new terms and SLAs with recruitment agencies • Offering expertise, guidance and insight to key stakeholders across the business around industry trends, attraction strategy and best practice
