Starting my career at Harvey Nash, I developed deep expertise in software engineering recruitment before moving into in-house talent acquisition roles with global organisations such as Toyota Connected, Form3, and Yorkshire Water. At B&Q and Informa (via Caraffi), I’ve led and scaled high-performing talent teams, modernised recruitment processes, and delivered measurable improvements in hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
I hold a master's degree in Law from Northumbria University.
