Assistant Supervisor – Night shift
I taken a change in career to gain more hours and customer service experience as next was only part time available. During my time here to gain great hospitality skills, I even managed to progress within a short period of time here as a supervisor on occasional shifts. I handle incoming and out going telephone calls, reservation bookings and face to face customer service.
Preparing information leaflets and any other admin tasks given to me by my line manager. I also on rota basis and would be required to prepare breakfast for the guests in large batches within a time scale . I work with a small night shift team until early hours.

After Covid 19 i continued to widen my customer service skills working within a busy store to greet customers at the tills and help customers with any on floor queries.
I dealt with large cash and card payments on a day to day basis.
Also Stock replenishment from on-site warehouse. Light cleaning to keep a clean and tidy store was required.

I had an amazing chance to take a career in china to teach English to children after their school hours which i really enjoyed.
Here i had to maintain a full class schedule and plan ahead with lessons. There was lots of paperwork prep for each week that i was required to do for lessons i conducted both in the classroom and online.
I kept a professional demeanour with co-workers and students, Created a fun learning environment for the children.
Covid 19 caused me to return home slightly earlier than planned but it was an experience and was grateful to have gained the experience in working with children and within a school environment.

During my time here i learned to work within a fast paced busy store delivering excellent customer service. On a rota basis i learned various stations from front of house greeting customers, taking orders and cash handling to back of house drive through and food preparing. I learned to work under pressure within a large team and on occasion as an individual when limited staff occurred.
Deep cleaning was required to keep up to the high standards of cleanliness required in a fast food store. Health and safety was something i learned to follow during my time here.
