Entrusted within the decision and risk chain to manage the continuing airworthiness of the Lightning II F-35B fleet. Enablingthe satisfaction of key engineering milestones that maintain and document configuration control to ensure the platform capability to meet strategic objectives. Creating overarching policy that captures and mitigates risk, which is able to satisfy the safety case requirements of risk duty holders.
- Devised and project managed a revolutionary new way of managing applicable engineering instructions across the UKs £3bn Force of 30 LII F-35Bs. Reducing engineering documentation deferral work by 90%, which has had a real world impact saving in excess of 1300 working hours since Jun 20 across the enterprise.

Immediate line manager and shift supervisor, responsible coordinating and leading oversea deployments. Flight line controller, responsible for all flight line engineering activities and completion of the flying programme utilising and maximising all resources to achieve the tasked requirement.
