I’m a commercially driven marketer with extensive experience across online and offline channels, trained in FMCG and blue-chip environments and successful across a wide range of sectors. I enjoy stepping into complex situations - from brand repositioning and digital transformation to improving marketing performance - and turning them into clear, measurable results. I combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, take full ownership of budgets and ROI, and place real value on building strong teams and trusted stakeholder relationships.
Having recently completed an interim role, I’m now looking for my next opportunity where I can drive growth, improve customer experience, and deliver lasting commercial impact.
My experience spans senior leadership roles in e-commerce, recruitment, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, and services, operating at both UK and global level. I have led marketing and commercial functions through periods of significant change, including brand re-launches, digital and e-commerce platform migrations, organisational restructuring, and market expansion. I’ve managed and developed large, multi-disciplinary teams, overseen complex agency and stakeholder environments, and delivered integrated campaigns across digital, performance, CRM, events, PR, and offline channels.
Across permanent and interim roles, I’ve consistently improved marketing effectiveness, strengthened customer experience, and supported sustained revenue growth by aligning strategy, execution, and commercial outcomes.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences (Marketing) from Lancaster University and have continued to invest in my professional development throughout my career. This includes CIM strategic marketing training, Google digital training, social media marketing through York Business School, LEAN training, alongside NLP and leadership development.
