With 23 years experience in the railway industry across several different sectors, I have gained an in depth understanding of the challenges involved in managing a highly complex and multifaceted operational infrastructure environment.
My leadership abilities have been developed through managing teams at several different levels of the business and I always lead by example. I learn from my experiences, involving all staff in finding solutions to problems to see where improvements can be made and utilising my experience to enable all parties to work collaboratively in a lean and efficient manner.
