I am a Mental Health and Wellbeing student at Canterbury Christ Church University with practical experience providing person-centred domiciliary care and support within the community. Through my studies and professional experience, I have developed knowledge of mental health, safeguarding, health inequalities, professional boundaries, and person-centred care. I am compassionate, reliable, and confident in supporting individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
