KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Resource Allocation and Capacity Utilization threshold supervision.
• Preparation of SOP, Scope Statements, Process Maps, Escalation Matrix, Process Checklists, Cycle Time Analysis and MIS reports.
• Handling Team hurdles and conducting periodic Team meeting which include Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new projects.

• Analyzing the Tenant invoices for recurring and non-recurring charges received from Landlords for various properties.

• Analyzing the Operating Expense, Real Estate Taxes & Insurance Reconciliations and process the dues/recover overpayments if any.

Lease Abstract:

 

• Has been single point of contact for all kinds of lease abstract queries raised from client side as well as from off shore trainees.

• Handled different types of lease agreements (Office/Retail/Industrial/Sublease/Antenna/Storage/Telecommunication/Government,etc).

 

TRAINING:

 

• Effectively trained more than 30 FTEs in Lease Administration process.

• Compiling MIS and reports on Training schedules, assessments and attrition and communicating the same to senior management and onshore clients.
