Sue is a leading HR and reward consultant and has extensive and wide-ranging experience gained working across a number of employment sectors, with particular experience working with not for profit, housing and SME clients. She has held specialist senior roles in manpower planning, recruitment, pay and reward and employee relations. She provides people centred consultancy services at a strategic level working with executives and boards, through to practical operational support required by operational managers and HR colleagues.
Sue is a lead consultant advising Boards on executive pay and is joint author of the recent NHF publication Board member pay, What housing associations need to know, 2014.
We work across the complete spectrum of people management, offering a wide range of strategic, operational, ad-hoc and mentoring support and advice for our clients. Our consultancy team members have backgrounds in working at senior levels in the private, public and not for profit sectors and we have a particular strength in working with social housing providers.
