Prior to this I have over six years professional experience working for one of the UK's leading technology companies within the healthcare sector where I successfully onboarded and maintained major clients, achieving excellent positive feedback, and managed a team to provide best in class customer support. I also Completed data migrations from legacy systems to new CRM product. tailored the CRM to meet the needs of the organisation and provided training and ongoing support to all staff achieving a 100% adoption rate in less than 2 months.
