Hi, my name is Sumaya. I’m a reliable and adaptable worker with experience in optics, retail, and warehouse environments. Working as an optical consultant helped me build strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to understand individual customer needs. My retail and customer service roles have strengthened my communication and people skills, while my warehouse experience taught me to stay organised, manage my time well, and work efficiently under pressure. I’m quick to learn, a strong team player, and always bring a positive, can do attitude to any role.

I have a well rounded background across optics, retail, and warehouse operations. My experience includes working as an optical consultant, customer/sales assistant, and warehouse operative. Through these roles, I’ve developed strong customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.

I have 7 GCSE including Maths and English.

I have a merit grade double BTEC diploma in Health and Social Care.
