Welfare Crew – providing information and support to guests and vulnerable people, first point of contact for customer service, reuniting lost children and reporting risks. Essential internal and external stakeholder support and liaison with DHP Family management and staff, security, police, and St Johns Ambulance.

Front of House – silver service dining, meet and greet guests, room service and set-ups between services. Pass Supervisor – comprehensive knowledge of all daily canapés, appetisers, and menus. Rigorous organisation, requiring the relaying of timings, orders and managing staff members. Outside Catering – set-ups and breakdowns, greeting and service.

Office Assistant – customer service and enquiries responded to via emails, face-to-face and telephone. Day to day organisation of the office and completing requests from managers and performing acts. Entering accident and incidents on the BCARM database system, handling CCTV requests with authorities, managing lost property, as well as completing mandatory Health and Safety training.
