Supporting adults with disabilities in residential care homes encompasses a range of responsibilities.
This includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and promoting social engagement.
Taking and recording clients. Vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Also sometimes assisting them with personal care.
· Act as a Security Nurse dealing with emergency and incident response within a team in the NHS Hospital.
· Having some allocation of patients on the units during a shift and supporting them with a variety of activities on the wards that include sports, indoors games learning.
· Documenting clients, and progress notes on Electronic Patient Journal System.

· We are working with students with ADHD and assisting in devising strategies based on the understanding of the individual student's needs, interests, and abilities.
· Uses appropriate applied behaviour teaching, communication, and reinforcement techniques. Creates materials to support the student’s IEP/behaviour support plan, for example, but not limited to, token boards, visuals for expected and unexpected behaviours, visual schedules, point systems, etc.
· Supervises, observes and assists the assigned student at all times when supporting a student in a classroom setting.
· Works with an individual student to reinforce learning of material or skills as described in the IEP/behaviour support plan.
