In each of my previous positions I have gone on to be promoted through determination, excellent interpersonal customer service, great attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with all customers articulately. I can demonstrate this through a can-do attitude and an objective and impartial viewpoint.
I believe my greatest strengths are my persevering attitude, by way of seeing a task through to completion, and my ability to adapt to new and ever-changing challenges. In addition to this I research the products and or services I am responsible for, thus being able to confidently answer any questions customers may ask. In my role as sales manager, with the help of my team I managed to exceed the yearly sales target by at least 11-14% each year and on two separate occasions a 23-25% increase in revenue.
