I am an English Teacher/ content creator who strives to help students access quality education and address knowledge gaps in underprivileged communities. I have experience developing lesson plans and organizing academic conferences. Through intercultural communication and digital storytelling (DST), I helped my past students successfully enter university. DST helped them relate English to their lives and they improved their English speaking ability organically.

Thailand, (2015 - Present)

• Taught Grade 4 and 6 Conversation and Reading classes (22-33 students) at Tonkla School in Chiang Mai in person from June-July 2022.
• Kept track of the students’ progress and grades in weekly reports and Easy Grade Pro.
• Top 16 finalist from over 300 applicants for AIS: The Tutor Thailand 2022. This is a competitive training programme for tutors of all fields to showcase the innovation in their pedagogy. Finalists create online courses with LearnDi (digital learning platform of AIS) and can do it remotely through video editing.
• Designed and assessed academic writing and speaking tasks to prepare students for the IELTS and standardised English tests.
• Established the Set It Free Initiative with Rotary to promote teacher discussions, provided phonics resources/storybooks and volunteered teaching at Ban Lak Pan School.
