Working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment, requiring an awareness of monthly fluctuations in incoming work, plus the necessity to think on your feet and be flexible with very little notice, while ensuring the team is motivated and not overwhelmed
Root cause analysis of data, identifying current and/or future trends and/or potential process weaknesses, building controls and delivering/documenting training
Regular phone calls with internal and external audit, providing samples and leading process flow walk-through calls, ensuring that the process and controls are understood by people at different levels of seniority/experience
