I am a very hardworking, organised, friendly and reliable individual who has had many years’ experiences working within a busy office environment and within hospitality. My previous experience has allowed me to gain knowledge in lots of different sectors and duties including advanced IT skills and dealing with the public by telephone and in customer facing roles. I am a keen learner and self-starter.
I am highly skilled in customer service and complaint handling and working in fast paced environments able to think on my feet. I have a full, valid and clean UK driver’s licence.
I recently worked at the Scotlands biggest Euro 2024 fan zone at Broadwood Stadium and also at Paisleys newest and biggest comedy night Live at the Town Hall starring Milton Jones and hosted by Chris Forbes.
