Outside of work I am a family oriented person who loves to enjoy activities with those around me. Spending my week ends with friends and family or reading a good book. I have been in customer service for over a year going from sales and building relations with clients to customer service and maintains the standards of the business.
At simply hire I manage high volume of inbound calls while maintaining a professional manner and ensuring timely resolution of issues. I provide high quality of service whilst also taking on new bookings, ensuring customers of the service they will receive. Delivering prompt responses to clients and staff whilst exhibiting high energy and professionalism whilst dealing with the roles I have day to day.
