Care of elderly medicine. I worked alongside the stroke team to admit and assess stroke patients for appropriate acute management. Worked with the wider team consisting of stroke therapists, nurses, dieticians to carry out patient specific plans and transfers in weekly MDT meetings.

This involves conducting morning and afternoon ward rounds, documenting patient information, and prescribing appropriate antiviral medications based on their individual health needs and medication history.
