I am currenly studing Biochemistry at the University of Liverpool. I am dedicated and harworking, always striving for new learning opportunites and new ways to grow as a person. After working at the wine bar Corks out for a year in my gap year, i realised i had a passion for hospitality. I love organisation and structured routines. Also loved to be able to connect with customers and enjoyed making a lasting positive impact on someone elses life.

Work Experience - Lab Assistant at Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery (2023-08 – 2023-08)
Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery is a world-class supplier of fuels, being one of only six major refineries in the UK. Specialising in the output of petrol and diesel for road vehicles and kerosene for aviation. I worked alongside the head refinery chemist Colin Mathews for a week in the onsite lab.

I have been playing the alto saxophone for 9 years and have a strong passion for jazz and blues, with a particular interest in jazz performance and improvisation. Since joining the LUMS society, I regularly attend weekly ensemble rehearsals including the jazz band and the stage and screen orchestra. These rehearsals culminate in a large-scale Christmas and summer concert held in the prestigious Tung Auditorium within the Yoko Lennon center in Liverpool.
