I am a committed, compassionate AMDA student who understands that residence life is more than rules and responsibilities, it is about people. I bring empathy, emotional intelligence, and strong leadership to every space I am part of, shaped by years of working closely with young people, supporting vulnerable individuals, and thriving in high-pressure, collaborative environments. I lead by example, communicate clearly, and remain calm in challenging situations, making me well-suited to support the wellbeing, safety, and success of residential students as a Resident Advisor.

Student Volunteer – Peer Support & Mentorship

I volunteered regularly to support vulnerable students aged 12–14, including those with autism and ADHD. This role required patience, emotional awareness, and the ability to adapt communication styles to individual needs. I worked to create a calm, inclusive environment where students felt safe, understood, and supported.
