I have cultivated strong values that align perfectly with the qualities sought in a support work which are vital for quality care delivery. One of my primary focuses is on kindness and compassion. In my present role as a support work , I encountered numerous service users facing challenging circumstances. I made it a point to actively listen to their concerns, offer emotional support, and be there for them during their stay in the care and enabling their self confidence and dignity

I currently work with Elysium Healthcare as a support worker also, i have both uk and nigeria health care experience. Additionally , my skill set also includes expertise in medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living. Beyond these essential responsibilities, I am competent in providing emotional support to residents and their families during challenging times, fostering a sense of trust and comfort within the care home community.

Finished my Bachelors degree at The University Ibadan, Nigeria and currently on my master at RGU
