• Took on three impromptu concurrent projects against a hard year-end deadline; delivered two fully and brought the third to a clean handover. The value was in what got deliberately dropped.
• Ran the Agile projects on fixed-length sprints with daily stand-ups, and managed the backlog in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams of 3–5 (developers, architects, testers) in Azure DevOps, where all project artefacts and reporting lived.
• Owned risk, issue and change control across the portfolio, and reported RAID and status to senior stakeholders.
• Organised the project meetings, set the agendas and tracked the actions arising.
• Authored Statements of Work (SoW), contributed to RFP bid responses and helped mobilise new contracts.

• Ran day-to-day Power Platform delivery in their absence: client communication, prioritisation, resource booking and utilisation reporting across all open projects.
• Created a department portfolio tracker that management adopted to forecast pipeline and resourcing needs across the practice.
• Led an internal upskilling project for three new starters over several months; all three moved onto client work, and the events app they built ran at the annual company trade show and again since.
