Since completing a Bachelors Degree in Visual Effects, I found myself in a period of transition. While I have always remained focused and competitive, there was always a desire to enter an industry that enabled me to bring that attribute to the forefront. Entering that Marketing and sales industry in my early career allowed me to utilise the teamwork and team building skills, as well as the competitive edge I've developed over the years.
Since then I've been able to build a career as a HR Generalist in the education and live e-commerce industry.
Currently I'm looking to shift into a new industry more physically practical, particularly in the electrical industry.
During my early career I work in the Marketing and sales industry , doing D2D and pop up events on commission. This was a great character building period as it allowed me to build strong teamwork and relationship building skills, as well as feed the competitive edge I've developed over the years. Since then I've been able to build a career as a HR Generalist in the education and live e-commerce industry.
I studied Visual Effects for Film and Television at the University of Hertfordshire. During this time there was a strong mix of software based and on- set technical work. Our course required us to constantly be aware of the possible risks involved in filming at certain locations, completing risk assessments and ensuring everything was planned to the last detail before setting off.
