In this role I assist clients in their day to day lives. Researching local groups and facilities and encouraging clients to use them. I'm passionate about getting my clients out and about, regardless of age etc. I currently support clients with dementia, Parkinson's, sensory/dual sensory issues, dystonia, and mental health problems.
