‘Hands on’ and engaged, I am a pragmatist, multi sector (predominately Technology), solid background in HR Strategy, Operations and implementation. I am very entuned to company culture , Structures and both O.D. and ‘Change’ programmes.
Strong international background (either as a direct Contractor or head of ‘Function’) including ME, Far East and Asia (Europe, UK, USA). Have been successful in leading the HR function through multiple ‘Start up / Early Phase ’ Cambridge based companies.
30 years operating at Management Team level and Board contributor. I enjoy leading and working in teams, developing skills and problem solving. I prefer working across the entire organisation, am Commercial ‘aware’, with strong EQ and balanced decision maker.
Varied and to a large degree pressurised by commercial events (Pre-Qualifications, M&A, Growth). I have operated Internationally for 26 years, my ‘cultural’ abilities have been a huge asset to problem solving. From the 80's I took on difficult projects successfully and was invited to the Management Team. This pattern has repeated itself throughout my entire career up till date.
