I am a motivated individual, eager to take the first step into my Graphic Design career. Since achieving my degree, I have used my skills predominantly in a freelance and personal development capacity. Alongside this, I have spent several years pursuing my interest in mixology, working in various cocktail bars throughout Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge. During this time I have developed numerous skills and exercised my creative flair in a different environment. However, I am now keen to utilise my knowledge and skills to progress my graphic design career. I am a passionate, hard working and imaginative designer, determined to produce the highest quality outcome and client satisfaction. I recognise that currently my experience working within a graphic design business is limited, but I am eager to learn and feel that I possess a unique skillset which I hope to bring to your team.
Since achieving my BA(Hons) degree in Graphic Design & Communication, I have used my skills primarily in a freelance and personal development capacity, including logo design and branding for local businesses. I have an advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, as well as experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. As my CV shows, I have a great number of transferable skills from my time working in hospitality, including excellent customer service, team working and communication skills.
