I am a passionate science communicator with eleven years of training, research and experience. My credentials include articles published in the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Nature and Human Behaviour, and Social Science and Medicine. These publications showcase my evidence synthesis skills, ability to interpret complex information, and capacity to produce high-impact research outputs.

I currently work as an Associate Lecturer which requires me to write lectures for a range of students. I communicate complex concepts to students through accessible writing and lectures. I utilise evidence-based approaches in psychology, policymaking, and EDI work.
