Delivered the post-merger integration programme for Intralot S.A.'s €2.7B acquisition of Bally's International Interactive business.
- Created the integration strategy for Bally's & Intralot, delivering full spectrum integration including organisational restructuring, transitional services agreements and workstream objectives.

- Working collaboratively with the c-suite and workstream owners to define the Integration standards, indoctrinating in an Integration Framework, and developing the playbook, project plans, and supporting project management documents.
- Working with the M&A function to embed integration in their M&A strategy and bringing due diligence and post-merger integration activity earlier in the process. Developing post-merger trackers to ensure visibility and accountability on hitting M&A targets and earn-out clauses.

Integration of all EMEA based Willis Towers Watson (WTW) re-insurance businesses into Gallagher Re under $3.25B acquisition. Managed full post-merger integration programme, covering the legal entity separation under TSA governance, through the integration into Gallagher Re.
- Provided integration management expertise to integrate all new non-WTW acquisitions within the EMEA region, with particular focus on Middle East & Asia inc. DIFC, Bahrain, India, and Singapore for multi-purpose insurance offerings, retail, life, marine etc.
- Created EMEA specific integration checklist for Gallagher to use on future acquisitions, with a retrospective review of all EMEA acquisitions within the last 6 months to check against industry best practise, and implement remediation plans where applicable.
- Implemented new integration strategy, governance & PMO structure within EMEA to support all future acquisitions, to standardise practises with UK&I team, including upskilling project managers to 'think integration'.

Return to Service Programme (Technology and Security Operations) at Carnival Cruise (2021-01 – 2021-05)
With the Carnival Cruise ships grounded due to Covid-19, I was engaged to mobilise a return to service programme to review all security and operations technology and processes, baseline the security posture to industry standards, and drive transformation across key areas to reduce risk exposure.
- Grounds up review of all technology and processes for suitability with recommendations provided for change to legacy systems and reduction of tech debt with deployment plans delivered against an aggressive timeline to allow for return to hospitality.
- Implemented new Governance model for project & BAU team to carry forward under service transition.
Mergers, Acquisitions and Separation Program Manager (Cyber Security Technology & Risk, Identity Access Management and Data Governance workstreams) at Refinitiv (2018-10 – 2020-12)
Hold full accountability for implementation of three vital programs as part of a US $20 billion separation. Drove technical transformation programme covering O365, Cyber Security, IAM, Data Governance, Data migration and finance system replacement.
- Orchestrate and execute new systems to replace legacy IAM interfaces, including migrating legacy SSO to Azure, creation of new Active Directories, and deployment of strategic PAM, MFA and Identity Governance (SailPoint) tools. Deployment of greenfield Cyber Security eco-system and integration into strategic products. End to End roll out of enterprise O365 package. Greenfield ServiceNow Deployment and integration with business assets. Accountability of data migration across Data Centres from legacy NAS to greenfield NAS infrastructure including risk management and mitigation and data loss prevention.
- Liaise with C-Suite and management of key stakeholders to secure budget required for any changes to IT infrastructure and service support. Spearhead amendments to enterprise-wide policy to include legal updates and caveats specific to separation and other global requirements such as GDPR.
