I’m a commercially focused HR and operations professional with a background in senior retail leadership and people-focused project delivery. With over 15 years’ experience across fast-paced, customer-facing environments, I’ve led recruitment strategy, improved operational efficiency, and supported cross-functional business change. I’m CIPD Level 5 qualified, detail-oriented, and known for my collaborative style, resilience, and ability to deliver results through people. I bring over 15 years of experience across HR, retail operations, and team leadership in both corporate and fast-growing SME environments. Most recently, I’ve supported strategic HR functions at Reward and Clear Dental, focusing on project coordination, payroll, recruitment, compliance, and employee experience. Prior to that, I held senior leadership roles at Waitrose, where I led commercial performance, operational improvement, and staff development for a high-performing retail site. I’ve consistently driven results in customer satisfaction, team engagement, and organisational efficiency, underpinned by a people-focused and data-informed approach.
I hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management and am an Associate Member of the CIPD. I’m currently completing a BA (Hons) in Arts & Humanities (Art History) with The Open University, reflecting my commitment to lifelong learning.
