With two years of experience working at Costa, I’ve developed strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. I’m comfortable handling a variety of tasks, from managing customer orders to ensuring a high level of service and maintaining a positive store atmosphere. In addition to my time at Costa, I’ve also run a small business selling cosmetic products to local customers. This entrepreneurial experience has sharpened my skills in sales, inventory management, and building strong relationships with clients. Through both roles, I’ve learned the importance of hard work, adaptability, and the ability to connect with people in meaningful ways.

I recently completed my studies at college, where I pursued a double qualification in Business and Law. Throughout the program, I gained a strong understanding of business principles, management strategies, and the legal frameworks that govern business operations. My studies equipped me with valuable skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and understanding complex legal and financial concepts. The combination of business acumen and legal knowledge has given me a well-rounded perspective, preparing me for both the challenges of the business world and the intricacies of legal matters that impact it.
