A devoted and reliable worker with experience in the catering and hospitality sector, with experience of a commis chef for 4 years. Having worked in bistros and a morning and brunch time cafe along with my time at two tomahawk locations and most recently working in a leading role at a NHS location with a focus on nutritious meals and patient health. I have increased my skills in food prep, service and kitchen maintenance, I also have experience in buffet prep and service for weddings and other such events.
Along with events I have also worked with a charity here in Middlesbrough to provide meals for children during school breaks to families that have financial difficulties. I am also a student at Teesside university studying nutrition just looking for a part-time job to fit into my studies. When not at work my hobbies include reading ancient history and mythology along with art and writing.
