• Conducted 15 interviews with 9 stakeholders to identify user needs and gather feedback on sketches and prototypes.
• Created 7 personas, 7 product benchmarks, a product-service map, a user needs statement and a product specification sheet to constrain concepts during generation.
• Collated all information from stakeholder interviews and research into a presentation to showcase product renders, prototypes and storyboards for further development.

Masters Project - Continence Care at Hollister (2026-03 – 2026-05)

• Supported concept development through body storming to better understand environmental factors affecting product usability.
• Mould designs and formative evaluation to create complex, manufacturable, soft bodies, and test usability.
