I have a deep understanding of the UX research process, from pre -planning research, planning research, recruiting participants, writing discussion guides, writing up recruitment screeners, conducting research sessions, taking notes, observing, data analysis to report writing. I am also experienced in a variety of research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing etc.
