I work in Defence and Military Technology, helping founders, senior leaders, and engineering teams solve hiring problems before they slow down important projects. I keep a close eye on the market, upcoming contracts, and changes in the industry so I can give the right support at the right time. My goal is simple: make sure hiring never becomes the reason a mission falls behind, loses funding, or risks security.
Over the past ten years, I’ve built a system that fits the way defence companies actually work. It supports teams working on ISR programmes, autonomous systems, UxS and UAV platforms, and other advanced technologies. I help companies avoid delays, reduce risk, and keep their edge by making sure they have the people they need when they need them.
Before moving into Defence, I spent more than five years in Healthcare and HealthTech recruitment. I launched and led a new division, helped healthcare providers hire the right people, and supported professionals as they moved into roles where they could make a real difference.
Earlier in my career, I worked at BDI Resourcing, moving up to Managing Consultant for Anaesthetics and Intensive Care recruitment. I hired doctors from around the world for NHS Trusts, trained new recruiters, supported teams with GMC registration and relocation, and helped departments lower agency costs by building stronger permanent teams.
I first started out in sales at Vauxhall, where I learned how to understand people, solve problems, build trust, and close deals. Those skills still guide my work today.
