I am a highly motivated, confident, strong minded individual who strives to achieve targets and success. I have great communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure. I have very good organisation skills and I am very confident in using dierent types of computer soware. I am always willing to go the extra mile and will look forward to any extra training that is needed for this role. During my previous job roles I gained experience in working on computers, dealing with clients and customers face to face and over the phone and dealing with dierent situations. I would like to expand on this experience and gain new techniques and learn new skills that can help me improve and work my way up in the business industry. • Answer phone calls for absent pupils and general enquiries such as peer issues
• Deal with enquires from parents
• Parent meetings
• Collect medical evidence from parents to authorise absence.5. Dealing with spreadsheets

• I run my own form group of 25 pupils in PA (changes each term)
• Monitor which pupils need home visits.
