Kitchen Staff at Restaurants in London (Navajo Joes/Maxwells, Temper, Texas Joes, Bobo Social) (2013-07 – 2020-08)
While studying professional cookery in College, I decided to find a part time job in a Restaurant in Covent Garden called Navajo Joes (now known as Maxwells). This was my first job and there I learnt the basics of working in a very busy industrial kitchen. After finishing college, I then went on to work in a few more popular busy restaurants in central London including Temper, Texas Joes and Bobo Social, learning a lot along the way and becoming an important and experienced member of the team.
Chef at Restaurants in Madrid (La Ternura, Vinitus, Mune) (2020-10 – 2023-08)
Moved to Madrid in search of a new challenge in the kitchen to further cooking knowledge and practice and improve Spanish. Worked in 3 different restaurants with all different cuisines, gaining a lot more knowledge and cooking skills along the way.
Chef at Texas Joes (2023-09 – 2024-03)
Returned to London and worked at Texas Joes, which was my favorite workplace and restaurant in London. During my time working at Texas Joes I realised that I needed a new challenge and a breath of fresh air as I had already learnt mostly everything there was to learn in that kitchen.

Gained valuable experience serving customers face to face, handling the pressure of a very fast pace service in a very busy environment. Gained supervisory experience while handling the store, orders and managing the team sometimes when the manager is away. Being my first job where I had face to face contact with customers it has really built up my confidence to speak with customers and deal with many situations that may occur.
Baker / Chef at Lockdown Bakehouse (2026-02 – Present)
Currently working at Lockdown Bakehouse, a wholesale bakery in London with five cafe branches. When working in the bakery, main roles are to prepare, cook and package a variety of breads and pastries daily ready for delivery with the bakery team. While working in the cafes, role is to work with the chef to serve a high quality brunch menu under pressure in a very busy environment.
On the less busy days, manage the kitchen as the only chef working alongside the KP, which has given valuable experience in a supervisory role within the kitchen.
