May 2020 – June 2021:
Volunteer at Children’s Hospice store:
While working at the Children’s Hospice store, I managed a large range of roles, including being the cashier, restocking shelves, and sorting new donations. This role provided me with the ability to talk to a variety of customers, money management while working at the cash register, and keeping the store tidy to appeal to anyone.
December 2021- December 2021:
Working at Hermes, I needed great organizing skills, learning how to use new equipment and attention to detail to ensure parcels were being grouped efficiently. Working 12 hours a day, I acquired resilience and time management.
March 2022- July 2022:
During my time at Toolstation, I was part of a large team, communicating well to ensure correct items were going out for delivery. I learned the ability to work under pressure of many order placements, managing quick changes in the schedule.
2023-Present:
MSci Biochemistry with Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, University of Bristol.
