My career to date has encompassed Holiday Parks, Hotels 15+ years, River Cruising, Niche and Tour Operations in mainly a 4/5* environment. This has enabled me to gain skills in Operations, Quality & Standards, Contracting, Customer service, Health and Safety, Housekeeping, F & B, Financials and Maintenance across all sectors within the hospitality industry.
