Shop Assistant - Spar

Volunteer - British Heart Foundation
Currently volunteering at The British Heart Foundation shop. This is a customer facing role which has gave me experience in interacting with customers face to face or over the phone dealing with all different enquires in relation to stock, products and pricing. I am involved in a regular cleaning schedule to maintain shop floor making sure the shop is clean and organised whilst also adhering to health and safety guidelines. I am also required to take part in a quarterly year stock take.
