My work supports clients facing a wide range of life and emotional challenges, including—but not limited to—anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, grief, family and relationship difficulties, work-related challenges, and women-specific issues. I also offer support around self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and other complex concerns, providing a safe, confidential space to explore what matters to you.
