I'm a highly qualified award-winning therapist accredited by the NCPS. With a stellar academic background including a First-class BSc (Hons) degree in Counselling, a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Intervention in Psychosis from Kings College London, and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Supervision, I attend regular CPD and Supervision to continue to develop and learn.
My approach as an integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Psychoeducation Facilitator is rooted in empathy and support for all clients, regardless of their cultural background or beliefs. I have extensive experience working with diverse mental health needs and trauma backgrounds, and I derive great satisfaction from serving a clinically diverse clientele.
I firmly believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship to foster successful outcomes. By offering a safe and accepting space for clients to explore themselves, I strive to facilitate positive change. With over 7000 hours of clinical practice, I have honed my skills in addressing various mental health challenges with niche interest in the LGBTQIA+ Community, Neurodivergence and complex mental health.
