About me I've got over 25 years working as a chef my passion with food is of all types I do know some western cuisine but my main cooking skill is in Chinese and Vietnamese cooking am very hard working with a friendly nature who is always willing to learn and also willing to pass on my knowledge to others
My last job was as a sous chef at a modern Chinese restaurant in Mayfair called mimi Mayfair my responsibilities were to ensure the kitchen ran smoothly when head chef is not present stocktaking cooking and making sure food is at the standard set by the chef
