I am a qualified chef and passionate hospitality professional from Australia, having relocated to the United Kingdom. Self employed as a personal chef for a number of high profile & UHNW clients both within the United Kingdom and Internationally.
Previously employed as a development consultant for Greencore (international food manufacturer - specializing in convenience foods for Marks & Spencer), A Chef De Partie at the 4 rosette restaurant - Manchester House, as well as having worked within a number of 5* resorts and Luxury Lodges throughout Australia.
Most recently I have been working as a Head Chef running a restaurant in Kensington, where I have recruited and trained an entire new kitchen team and implementeda fresh seasonal offering.
I currently live in Chiswick - London however am open to relocating for the right opportunity.
