- Established infrastructure for a more data-driven business model by overseeing the implementation of KBank Vietnam’s data warehouse system, launching the system in 6 months
- Laid down foundation for a first-in-the-market lending and BaaS business model with a 5-year target of $US1bn by leading process design and securing solution approval from executives
- Unblocked bottleneck due to technical staff shortage, averting a delay of 5 months, by taking up additional tasks of analysing system impacts and designing system architecture covering over 10 applications
Digital Lending Product Manager – Manager
- Enabled the introduction of KBank’s 1st retail lending product in Vietnam by researching market practice and regulations, resulting in the acquisition of over 3,000 customers within 1 year
- Facilitated development of a digital loan application channel, mentoring 11 recruits, 8 without lending experience, to launch the app within 6 months
- Ensured the right choice of IT vendor for KBank Vietnam’s digital transformation project, encompassing lending and payment, by training and leading a 5-person team to produce around 500 criteria and 200 test scenarios for vendor selection

- Enhanced security for borrowers across Thailand by leading a regulatory technology project alongside 10 departments and a regulator, resulting in creation of a national standard for digital loan application
- Proposed and implemented a new bank-wide standard for verifying retail customers’ personal information to reduce compliance risk
