Vishnu V Sukumar

I am a structural Engineer with another post-graduation (MSc) degree in construction project management. Arup’s projects and vision are well-aligned with my professional interests and passion. I have worked on the logistics distribution (with two published SCI indexed papers in the domain) of construction materials as part of my research project; and I have also seen that logistics is an area that Arup has significant interest in.

Moreover, being a civil engineer with a Master’s degree that focused on materials, I can easily connect with the problems of ageing infrastructure and come up with feasible solutions. My skills in collecting and collating relevant data, experience with attempting to establish a circular economy in the construction materials domain, and my passion for construction management, I can easily equip myself to deal with the projects that Arup is presently working on. My academic experience in structural engineering combined with construction management gives me an edge that would make me uniquely qualified for the position.
