From my early days as a tester to leading cross-functional teams, I've consistently driven projects to success. Emortal 2014 - Current

• Started as Product tester, testing the internal version of the app, was promoted to Product Manager and worked closely with the outsourced development team, Rocketmakers. Set up, maintained and owned the software backlog in Jira leading to the successful launch of both iOS and Android versions of Emortal.
• Filled the role of both first and second line support. Set up the support portal on our website using Zendesk to manage this as well as any tickets that came in. Wrote the FAQ’s and kept them up to date with each release that required changes.
• Set up an entirely new project in Jira to implement an agile workflow with a team rewriting the app in a new Framework to better serve the scalability requirements. Migrated any relevant tickets, kept the backlog groomed and consistently bug tested across an array of devices, covering a broad spectrum of software and hardware combinations.
• Ran daily Stand Ups to keep track of development, and weekly Sprint Planning sessions and Refinement sessions to groom the backlog and allow better estimation of deliverables.
• Led the outsourced development team for the new app development and kept the expectations for the project on track during meetings with internal senior members of staff, whilst upwardly managing expectation for development timelines with key stakeholders
