I am a keen hard working individual who always strives to achieve the highest possible standards regardless of the job at hand, I enjoy being challenged and always try to exceed expectations set by myself and others. I am constantly looking to expand my knowledge and keep a current and up to date skill set to undertake and achieve within the role i currently work in. I like to work as part of a team but also on my own initiative and am happy to take on new tasks and challenges whenever possible.

During the course of the last 16 years I have worked within catering and hospitality in a wide range of roles from Chef upto Kitchen Operations manager. Each position has been possible with the skill set I have built along the way but, each position has also been different and required learning company standards and revising current food safety knowledge, a brief summary of skills include but are not limited to - Prep, Cooking, Cleaning, Managing a team, Ordering, Stocktaking, Menu development, stock control and management, food safety paperwork
I have completed a Professional Catering Level 2. NVQ with City and Guilds - which was obtained from Westharts college around 13 years ago.
